January-June 2022 Program Calendar

Our January-June 2022 Program Calendar is here! Below are the download links to our new calendar together with an ‘Expression of Interest form’ and ‘Personal Information and Medical Update form’.

To provide all participants with an equal opportunity to access our programs, please select your programs carefully, i.e. only those you can reasonably commit to. Please note, there is no limit to your program choices in the January-June period, however dependent on demand you may not be selected for all of the programs you choose.

When making your selections, please ensure you read the “Key” areas on the calendar which provide the meaning of the different letters, for example:

  • Sequential
  • Low (one foot)
  • Medium (two feet)
  • High (three feet)
  • Creative (hand)
  • Tent, and (tent)
  • Hard-top accommodation (house).

These letters and symbols within the calendar will assist you in making your decision on which programs will best suit you.

To avoid disappointment, please make sure that you put your name where indicated at the top of the Expression of Interest form and return the form, complete with your selections, to us as soon as possible.

You can download your copy of each document here:

Process for getting onto programs

1: Read through the calendar to find programs that suit your needs, preferences, and availability. Use the expression of interest form and make note of the programs you would like to express interest in. If you also receive Personal and Medical Information forms to be updated, please ensure this is done to be eligible for any programs you are interested in attending.

2: Contact Out Doors Inc. via phone, email, or post to express your interest in the programs you wish to attend. An Expression of Interest (EOI) form can be found below.

3: Out Doors Inc. staff will then contact you to confirm you have up-to-date medical forms and a current service agreement (NDIS only -info on the following page). Once these details are current, a staff member will send you a program invitation that will include program specifics and the date of the planning meeting.

4: Once enrolled, refer to your program information for key information and contact us should you have questions or if you can no longer attend the program.
