Great job! Clearly showed a passion for the content, as well as excellent real-life examples. They demonstrated profound knowledge of mental health issues and it was clear they have worked with people living with mental illness for a very long time.

- Michael

Face-to-Face Course Review

Dave was amazing, it wasn't just a facilitator reading powerpoint presentations, it was engaging and interactive and he ensured that we understood the content by asking questions throughout the course. He made us feel safe to ask him anything & I would attend any course that he presented.

Be confident, be prepared.
Be one of the Million.

Each year 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental illness. Many people are not knowledgeable or confident to offer assistance.

Physical first aid is accepted and widespread in our community, however, most do not cover mental health problems.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches participants how to assist people who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
