About Out Doors Inc.
Out Doors Inc. (Out Doors) is a statewide, not-for-profit mental health organisation that offers a range of recreational and active outdoor programs that cater to all ages (16+), fitness & experience levels, from beginners to advanced for better mental health.

Animal lovers, this one’s for you! 🐾 Join us in Victoria’s spa region for gentle encounters with furry and feathered friends 🦋🐑, with the highlight being a volunteer day at Edgar’s Mission Sanctuary 💖. Dedicated to kindness, Edgar’s Mission provides rescued farm animals with a second chance at life 🐷🐮. We’ll roll up our sleeves, lend a hand with tasks around the sanctuary, and help these animals live their best lives! 🌟

With summer in full swing, we thought an escape to the seaside was in order! 🌞🏖️ The beautiful Bellarine Peninsula spoilt us with empty and untouched beaches 🏝️ and delicious ocean breezes 🌊🍃!![]()

The group stopped in at Geelong Botanic Gardens 🌿🌸 on the way to try and spot the remnants of the rare corpse flower 💐, but alas, we were too late 😅.![]()

We walked along coastal bushland at the Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve 🌳🦋, soaking up the salty air 🌬️ and enjoyed expansive views of the coastline 🌅 and Fort Nepean just a hop, skip, and jump over the bay from Point Lonsdale lighthouse ⚓️⛵.![]()

After lots of laughter and smiles 😄, we returned to Melbourne feeling refreshed and revived! ✨🌟
The Great Ocean Road is beautiful. The Great Ocean Walk is even better! 🌊✨ Experience the Great Ocean Walk on this unforgettable four-day journey through Cape Otway 🌿! With coastal views, lush rainforests, beach exploration, and camping at Bimbi Park 🏕️, each day brings a new section of Victoria’s iconic trail 🌅. After our hikes, we’ll relax by the campfire 🔥, cook together 🍴, roast marshmallows 🍢, and unwind in nature 🌳. It’s going to be… great! 😎
