We recently spent a day in nature with a wonderful group of women from multicultural backgrounds, as part of a research project in partnership with RMIT University.![]()

The project explores women’s experiences and perspectives of the outdoors, particularly those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.![]()

We walked to Lake Sanatorium, shared stories during a nature-based focus group, and enjoyed a delicious spread of morning tea and lunch featuring treats from different cultures, because food always brings people together.![]()

The day finished with a visit to Honour Avenue, where the group soaked in the stunning autumn colours.![]()
