Out Doors Inc. appoints Francesca Manglaviti as Chief Executive Officer
Melbourne, Australia – The Council of Out Doors Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Francesca Manglaviti as the organisation’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st July 2025.
Francesca joins Out Doors Inc. with more than three decades of senior leadership experience spanning the not‑for‑profit, government and corporate sectors, including over 15 years as a CEO. She has guided diverse organisations through transformational change, strategic growth and community impact while maintaining a sharp focus on social outcomes.

Proven sector expertise
Throughout her career Francesca has held executive roles with respected organisations including Crohn’s & Colitis Australia, the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, and Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia.
These positions have equipped her with deep insights into Australia’s health, community and philanthropic landscapes, and experience leading national initiatives that deliver meaningful reform.
Committed to a smooth transition
Francesca will undertake a comprehensive induction program prior to 30 June 2025, meeting key staff, stakeholders and partners to gain a thorough understanding of Out Doors Inc.’s work, challenges and opportunities.
