As part of Mental Health Month, join Out Doors’ Program Coordinator, Ben, from your own outdoor space, whether it be a park, along a creek, at the beach, in your backyard – anywhere that gives you the opportunity to get in touch with the outside world.
The Event
We will be inviting people to join us engaging our senses in our surroundings, and then getting a little bit creative with what we can find around us. We will finish the session with a breathing/meditation exercise to head home refreshed and rejuvenated.
