🌞 Summer Vibes at the Mornington Peninsula 🌊Kicking off the season in style with a nature-filled adventure at the beautiful Mornington Peninsula! From lush bushlands to serene wetlands and the endless stretches of beaches, there’s something for everyone here.Day started off a bit toasty, but we were all grateful for the cool change by the end of the day. 😎🌿 Highlights included exploring Seawind Gardens, wandering the tranquil Coolart Wetlands, and soaking up the sun at Balnarring Beach. 🌊☀️ There was a little bit of everything — sun, sea, and sand! We had an absolutely unforgettable 3 days exploring the Otway National Park and tackling a section of the Great Ocean Walk! 🌿On the first night, we camped at Bimbi Park and were blown away by the number of koalas—we couldn’t believe how many there were, they were literally everywhere! 🦘🐨The next day, we walked 10 km to Aire River Campground, taking in spectacular views across cliffs and beaches. The hike was stunning, and Aire River itself was a wildlife haven. We enjoyed a peaceful night under the stars, with a gorgeous sunset to cap it all off. 🌅On the final day, we wrapped up our adventure with a 6 km walk to Castle Cove, before heading home. The weather was perfect, and the whole trip was filled with great company, amazing sights, and plenty of laughs.
