Out Doors Inc has provided me with challenging activities like white water rafting, canoeing adventures, enjoyable bush walks, concentrated socialising and team activities in bush settings.
It presents the individual the opportunity to challenge themselves and be challenged that do not present in everyday life.
Socialising, team activities and being embedded in the environment is great for expanding activities into everyday life.
