Start to observe your breath as it moves in and out of your body (without changing your natural breathing pattern). Notice the rise and fall of your chest. Feel the gentle squeeze of your diaphragm when you exhale. Observe the slight coolness of the air in your nostrils. You’re welcome to close your eyes so you can focus on your breath even more!![]()
