Participant Information Session – September 2026

Join a free information session to learn about Out Doors Inc. outdoor programs that support mental health and wellbeing.

These sessions provide a relaxed and friendly introduction for people interested in taking part in outdoor programs that support mental health and learning how participation works.

The free monthly information sessions explain:
• what to expect
• who the programs are designed to support
• how time outdoors supports mental health and wellbeing
• options for taking the next step

This session is free and will take place on Monday 7 September 2026 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Out Doors Inc. office, 11 Stubbs Street, Kensington.

There will be time to ask questions, explore options that may suit individual needs and connect with others interested in attending outdoor wellbeing programs. Following the session, an intake meeting can be arranged for anyone ready to begin the intake process.

Our staff work collaboratively with participants to ensure the program meets the specific needs of the individuals and goals of the group, giving participants a sense of ownership over their programs.
